LATERAL PARTNER AQUISITION COORDINATOR

Brittney Rokicki is a Lateral Partner Acquisition Coordinator at a nationally recognized Am Law 50 Firm. She partners with hiring managers at her firm, helping to ensure they attract and hire top talent that will add to the culture of the firm as well as meet long-term objectives for firm growth.

Brittney pivoted from finance to law when she moved to D.C. in 2016. She was offered the Legal Recruiting Coordinator position at a medium sized firm based out of New York and found the work to be both personally and professionally rewarding. Immersing herself in all things law, Brittney spent the next two and a half years there, learning the ropes with the help and  good resources of WALRAA - the Washington Area Legal Administrators Association. Brittney eventually went on to Co-Chair the Media and Communications Committee for WALRAA, running the social media campaign for their annual Education Conference as well as assisting with job postings, finding summer housing for law students, and posting regular member highlights on the WALRAA website. She was a member of the Board from 2020 - 2021.

Two firms and many summer programs later, she transitioned into Partner Recruiting in the spring of 2022 where she continues to expand and refine her legal lexicon.

Brittney grew up on the west coast, moving across country to Washington, D.C. and then New York before eventually settling in the warmer climate of Miami, FL. She currently enjoys the sunny skies with her partner and personal tech guru Stephen.
